Senior Programmatic Team Lead, Amravati

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Programmatic Team Lead to drive high-performance digital campaigns while acting as a key client partner. This role bridges business objectives with technical execution, ensuring impactful programmatic strategies and long-termclient relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and understanding business objectives. - Translate client goals into data-driven programmatic strategies and actionable campaign plans. - Lead and mentor a team of programmatic specialists, ensuring high-quality execution and knowledge sharing.- Manage end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP. - Implement advanced audience targeting using first, second, and third-party data. - Manage premium inventory through PMP deals and Programmatic Guaranteed setups. - Monitor campaign performance, optimize for KPIs such as ROAS and CPA, and ensure pacing and delivery accuracy.- Lead client reporting including monthly reviews and QBRs with strong data storytelling. - Identify and pitch new opportunities, including platform innovations, betas, and emerging formats. - Ensure operational excellence through QA processes, reporting accuracy, and delivery standards. Preferred Qualifications and Skills:- 5–6 years of experience in programmatic advertising with client-facing exposure. - Strong expertise in DSPs such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP. - Experience with ad servers (CM360) and SSPs like Google Ad Manager, Magnite, or PubMatic. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data.- Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring teams. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Preferred Certifications: - Google Marketing Platform (DV360)- The Trade Desk Edge Academy - Amazon DSP Certification
