Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Amravati)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of building construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and execution of construction projects. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams. Monitor daily construction activities and track project progress. Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, BOQs, change orders, and progress reports. Support budgeting, cost control, billing, and invoice verification. Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination. Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and local building regulations. Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Track manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Support project close-out activities including punch lists and handover documentation. Required Qualifications 1.Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in building construction/project coordination. Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and site management. Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Preferred Skills Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. Understanding of MEP coordination. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
