Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused professional to manage product demonstrations, user onboarding, and operational support. The candidate will be responsible for conducting live demos for prospective clients, providing training to end users, resolving day-to-day operational queries, and ensuring smooth implementation of the application at client locations. The role requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations prospective and existing clients.
- Provide onboarding, training, and handholding support to recent users.
- Visit client locations for implementation, support, and relationship management.
- Handle customer queries and troubleshoot basic application issues.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for escalations and timely resolution.
- Maintain demo schedules, client feedback, and support records.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Requirements:
- Experience in handling both field and office responsibilities
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Good knowledge of sales processes, customer service, and operational workflows
- Comfortable with reporting, follow-ups, and documentation Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Client Success, or Operations
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Open to travel for field activities as required
