Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Lead B2B Channel to manage and drive performance of a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) who handle broker and IFA networks. This is a second-line leadership role focused on team management, partner activation, and revenue generation through brokers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management (RMs) Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers handling brokers/IFAs Set targets for: Partner onboarding Activation Revenue generation Monitor daily/weekly performance and drive accountability Conduct regular training and performance reviews 2. Broker / IFA Network Oversight Oversee and strengthen broker relationships managed by the team Ensure high engagement and productivity of partner network Support RMs in managing key/high-value partners 3. Product Distribution Drive distribution of: Unlisted Shares & Pre-IPO Opportunities AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) PMS (Portfolio Management Services) Structured Products Mutual Funds Real Estate Investments (India & Global / Fractional) Insurance Solutions (Life, Health, General) Ensure RMs and partners have strong product knowledge and pitch clarity 4. Revenue & Target Achievement Own team revenue targets and ensure consistent delivery Support team in closing large/high-value deals Track partner-wise and RM-wise performance 5. Training & Capability Building Train RMs and partners on: Product understanding Sales pitch and positioning Ensure continuous improvement in team capability 6. Market Expansion & Travel Travel across cities to: Support team on ground Meet key partners Drive strategic relationships Experience:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in:
- Wealth distribution / channel sales
- 2 to 5 years of experience in team handling (RMs / channel teams Strong understanding of:
- MF, AIF, PMS, unlisted shares, real estate
- Experience managing broker / IFA-driven business
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills Qualifications and Skills Education:
- Bachelors degree Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional qualifications preferred. Valuable to Have:
- Existing broker / IFA network
- Experience in multi-product distribution platforms
