Housekeeping Supervisor: Hotel/resort (Maharashtra)

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across rooms and public areas Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance throughout the shift Conduct room inspections and ensure all rooms meet hotel quality standards Coordinate with front office for room status and guest requests Train guide and support housekeeping associates for efficient work processes Maintain housekeeping inventory linen stock and cleaning supplies Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution Ensure compliance with safety sanitation and hygiene policies Prepare daily reports and update occupancy room readiness Skills Requirements Proven experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in hotels or resorts Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of cleaning procedures equipment and chemicals Good communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Job Type Permanent Pay 18 000 00
