Role: Medical Coder Denial Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and code medical records using accurate ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes
- Handle outpatient and/or inpatient coding with 96% accuracy
- Meet turnaround time and productivity benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and ethical practices
- Identify and support initiatives to reduce revenue leakage
- Participate in team meetings and continuous learning programs Role: Medical Coder Surgery (Cardio). Key Responsibilities:
- Perform coding for surgical records using ICD-10 and CPT-4 standards
- Maintain 96% accuracy in coding with adherence to TAT
- Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks for surgical coding
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards
- Contribute to process improvements and revenue optimization
- Stay updated through training sessions and educational forums Role: Medical Coder IVR (Interventional Radiology) Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical reports thoroughly to identify procedures and diagnoses
- Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and appropriate modifiers
- Ensure correct coding of interventional radiology services
- Handle coding-related denials and resolve issues to facilitate claim payment or escalation
- Maintain high accuracy and compliance with coding standards
- Meet productivity and turnaround time requirements What Were Looking For

- Relevant experience in Denial / Surgery / IVR coding
