- Electrical preferred Experience Required: 25+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director with 25+ years of experience to lead a large-scale Transmission Line & Distribution project. The selected candidate will be stationed at the clients office and will be responsible for overall project leadership, coordination, stakeholder management, strategic decision-making, and execution monitoring, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability of the project. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for execution of transmission line and distribution projects
- Represent the organization at the client office and act as the single point of coordination
- Lead stakeholder management, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Drive high-level strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Ensure effective monitoring and supervision of project implementation
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and ensure on-time and within-cost delivery
- Ensure profitability of the project through cost control, resource optimization, and contract management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 25+ years in the power/infrastructure sector
- Proven experience in handling transmission line and substation projects
- Strong background in PMC/EPCM environments preferred
- Demonstrated capability in managing large, complex infrastructure projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
