Senior Manager - Investments (Maharashtra)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Mumbai This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Senior Manager – Investment Solutions (Portfolio Intelligence) As part of our Global Portfolio Intelligence team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the transformation of our investment capabilities globally We will count on you to : Work closely with internal stakeholders for development of investment management tools Lead development of tools and processes to aid investment decision making Develop enterprise-wide platforms to house investment models and tools Act as a conduit between business and Information technology Scale and uplift existing investment management infrastructure What you need to have: MBA/ BE/ B Tech from a top tier college and/or master’s in finance / financial engineering / Quantitative Finance 5 years of experience in asset / wealth management Experience in Factor modelling, portfolio theory and portfolio analytics is a must Excellent problem-solving skills with proven track record of implementing scalable solutions 5 years of experience in portfolio analytics with ability to influence internal stakeholders Hands on development experience in python is a distinct advantage What makes you stand out: Experience with cloud and Barra/ FactSet risk models is a plus Any progress towards FRM, CFA or CAIA is a plus Mercer is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
