Senior Manager - Investments (Maharashtra)

- Manage fixed income dealing, including government securities, corporate bonds, and cash management.
- Provide market intelligence to FMs and CIOs on market developments, upcoming primary issues, regulatory changes, and relevant news.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, investment policies, and internal limits.
- Prepare daily reports and MIS for CIOs and FMs to aid portfolio decision-making.
- Develop relationships with banks, PDs, brokerage houses, peers in the insurance industry, and mutual funds.
- Measure success by performance of fixed income funds, trading efficiency, and internal and external audit ratings. Job Requirements
- MBA (Finance) from a reputed B-School / CA / CFA with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess a good understanding of the fixed income market and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a highly motivated and high-energy personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with attention to detail and accuracy.
