Manager - Cloud & Security Operations (Maharashtra)

Your Role at CredAble:
• Partner with CISO to onboard, implement, and operationalize a secure hosting infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce cloud hosting best practices and guidelines for the hosting infrastructure, maintain system configurations, upholding, and documentation system standards.
• Provide infrastructure and security services vision, enable innovation, and seek to leverage the latest technology and security trends that can create business value consistent with the companys vision.
• Implement and manage enterprise security standards and controls and the security operations governance process. •Conduct infrastructure and security product and vendor evaluations ensuring best-in-class technologies and partners.
• Implement security services including SIEM, MDR/XDR, CNAPP, CASB, WAF etc., and operationalize these services through SOC to improve the security posture. Conduct vendor evaluations to deliver similar projects.
• Work closely with and manage strategic vendor partner relationships, evaluate the SLAs, and monitor the overall delivery by vendors. Build strategic relationships to create value for the organization.
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of DevSecOps practices, cost optimization initiatives, performance improvement, and overall efficiency of the cloud platforms.
• Manage enterprise-wide compliance, risk assessment, reporting, cybersecurity policies, third party risk management, and security training programs.
• Respond to vendor assessments, RFPs and collaborate with control entities (Audit Partners, Enterprise Risk Management, Legal Compliance, regulators, and financial institutions). What will you bring to CredAble?
• 6 or more years of related experience in cloud infrastructure and security service implementation and various security standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2 etc.
• Strong technical background with a consistent record of delivering results, validated leadership, communication as well as critical thinking skills, creative and flexible problem solver.
• Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture, backup recovery, incident management, and operations.
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to interact strategically and confidently with internal partners to develop ideas, find opportunities, and influence outcomes.
