Project Manager Security Domain (Maharashtra)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in managing SAP Security projects. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, and support, with a focus on security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across complex SAP landscapes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Security projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Oversee SAP Security implementations, role redesign, and GRC initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, and BASIS teams
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements
- Drive user access management, role-based access controls (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Support audits and ensure audit readiness for SAP systems
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring best practices in SAP Security
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 4 5 years in project management
- Robust expertise in SAP Security (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management)
- Proven experience managing large-scale SAP Security or compliance projects
- Strong understanding of SoD concepts and audit/compliance frameworks
- Experience with SAP role design, user provisioning, and security architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
