Position
- Group Financial Controller Location: Mumbai Experience: 12–18 years Role Overview: The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and accurate reporting. The role will partner with business leaders to drive profitability, support strategic decisionmaking, and ensure e icient financial operations in a global IT services environment. Group Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP as applicable)
- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory filings Controllership & Governance

- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Identify and mitigate financial risks Business Finance & Decision Support

- Partner with business leaders on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Support pricing, deal structuring, and commercial decisions Revenue & Cost Management

- Track project profitability, utilization, and cost structures

- Ensure e ective billing and collections processes Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams

- Strong knowledge of IT services financial models (T&M;, Fixed Price, Managed Services)
- Expertise in financial reporting, controllership, and compliance
- Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial tools CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred

- 12+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position
