Mainly to co-ordinate & prepare dispatch plan on daily basis and submit to dispatch depart-ment. Co-ordination with customers as & when required for follow up for despatch clearances, pay-ments etc. Processing fully built / Spare orders for High Sea Sale (Euro Orders), Import orders to GBN / NCS Update and send to branch team on status of open orders on daily basis. Sales Order Release Z040 to NDI production, Germany, China & Italy. Etc. based on Sales order Organizing urgent delivery of units / spares by coordinating with Production & Warehouse. Processing Order amendment, order cancellation & customer return order in SAP system. To plan, organize and manage complete data from the coordination. To ensure proper disci-plined filing system for easy access. To prepare and follow a SOP for coordination with all departments in the Co. , i.e. management, sales, service, stock, production, etc. Responsibility distribution with coordination colleagues Special attention for service and spares requirement. Priority attention to customer require-ments and breakdowns. To assess and decide mode of freight. To ensure timely support over telephone or E-mail to field sales for information and data shar-ing.
