Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to manage the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize logistics operations and support overall supply chain efficiency. Key responsibilities :
- Overseeing the coordination and logistics of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Conducting regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address inventory discrepancies or shortages.
- Assist with the monthly invoicing process for shipments and inventory, ensuring accuracy in invoice details and timely submission. Required qualifications, and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce or Science.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
