We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Service Desk team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and resolve complex issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve first-call resolution rates.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
