Product Manager - Distribution Management (Maharashtra)

Role Purpose: To manage and strengthen distribution channels for Home Loans (HL) and Personal Loans (PL) by building effective relationships with Aggregators, DSAs, and Connectors, while ensuring smooth payout processes, operational efficiency, and issue resolution. --- *Key Responsibilities:* **1. Channel Management**
* Manage end-to-end relationships with DSAs, Aggregators, and Connectors**
* Drive sourcing performance and productivity across channels
* Identify new partnership opportunities to expand distribution reach **2. Payout & Incentive Management**
* Ensure accurate and timely **payout processing** for DSAs and Aggregators
* Monitor payout structures and resolve discrepancies
* Coordinate with finance and operations teams for smooth execution **3. Stakeholder Management**
* Act as a single point of contact for channel partners
* Handle and resolve **escalations from DSAs, Aggregators, and internal managers**
* Collaborate with sales, credit, operations, and product teams **4. Process & Operational Efficiency**
* Streamline onboarding and engagement processes for partners
* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
* Improve turnaround time (TAT) and partner experience **5. Data Analysis & Reporting**
* Use **advanced Excel skills** to track performance, payouts, and trends
* Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
* Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve channel efficiency **6. Communication & Voice Process Understanding**
* Understand and support **voice-based interaction modules** for partner/customer communication
* Ensure clear communication protocols for issue handling and escalation management --- **Required Skills & Competencies:**
* Robust knowledge of **HL / PL distribution ecosystem**
* Experience working with **DSA / Aggregator models**
* Excellent **Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS)**
* Strong **stakeholder & relationship management**
* Problem-solving and escalation handling ability
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Understanding of **payout structures and incentive models** --- **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
* 37 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Housing Finance
* Prior experience in **distribution or product support roles** --- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
