- Handle inbound customer calls and provide information regarding Kotak 811 products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate cross-selling of banking products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to banking policies and compliance guidelines. Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Fresher & Experience both can Apply
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Age: 20 to 30 years.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Job Details:
- Salary: Up to 3,60,000 (based on interview performance).
- Shift Timing: 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotational).
- Week Offs:
- 4 rotational week offs per month (initially).
