Junior Visual Designer — Motion & Content (Maharashtra)

About the Role We're a content strategy and digital marketing agency working across luxury real estate, children's entertainment, sports, and consumer brands. We're looking for a designer who works fast, thinks visually, and doesn't need to be told twice. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai. What You'll Do Design static and animated content across Instagram, digital, and print from concept to final file Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content production — Midjourney, RunwayML, Google Veo, or similar. You should know how to prompt, iterate, and deliver production-ready output, not just experiment. Create motion graphics, reels, and short-form video edits for brand and social Work across multiple brand identities simultaneously without losing the tone of each Deliver polished, production-ready work at speed not just drafts that need three rounds of cleanup Collaborate directly with the account team What We're Looking For 3–4 years of experience in a design or creative agency Strong motion graphics skills — After Effects is non-negotiable Equally comfortable with static design (Illustrator, Photoshop) Portfolio that shows range — luxury, lifestyle, and brand work preferred Rapid. Refined. Low maintenance. Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions, checks their own work Pushes own boundaries What Won't Work Here Designers who need constant direction Portfolio full of loud, cluttered work No Canva-first designers — we work in After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere.
