Assistant Executive Housekeeper (Maharashtra)

Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency across all rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas or issues that require additional attention.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor recent staff members on cleaning procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping. Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
