Role Overview We are seeking a energetic and skilled Trainer to deliver impactful training programs for both on-roll and off-roll employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of credit card sales, and the ability to drive business efficiency through effective learning interventions. Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging sessions in English, Hindi, and Marathi, both virtually and in-person.
- Credit Card Expertise: Provide comprehensive training on credit card products, processes, and sales strategies.
- Technical Skills: Use MS Excel and PowerPoint to design, present, and analyze training content.
- Virtual Training: Deliver online training programs using digital platforms.
- City Travel: Travel within the city to conduct training sessions across multiple locations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and sales managers to align training with organizational goals.
- Attrition Control: Implement training strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.
- Business Efficiency: Drive productivity and efficiency through skill-building and performance-focused training. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proven experience in credit card sales or financial product training.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in virtual training delivery.
