Warehouse Operations (Exe / Supervisor/ Incharge) (Maharashtra)

Role & responsibilities 1. Support day-to-day operations in warehouse and supervise inward and outward movements of material. 2. Collect indents/orders from customers 3. Manage end-to-end order processing sales order creation in ERP, order checking and processing in close coordination with shop-floor team. 4. Prepare Invoices, e-way bills and related paperwork. 5. Track deliveries; collect POD copies and submit to customers. 6. To fulfil customer request and promptly resolve any complaints raised. 7. To ensures all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy. 8. To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies. 9. FIFO Management and control on near-expiry & non-moving stocks. 10. Achieve productivity targets and deliver planned throughput by optimizing resources. 11. Ensure warehouse hygiene and keep readiness for compliance and facility audits. 12. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred candidate profile
- Have a Bachelors degree and 2-5 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre.
- Have experience in working on inventory softwares and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Have good communication and organizational skills.
- Good at time management and teamwork. Location
