Role : Client Service & MIS Operations Executive Experience: 0–1 Year Industry: Financial Services / Stock Broking Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Kalina, Mumbai Role Overview The Client Service & MIS Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day client servicing activities, operational coordination, and management information system (MIS) reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, and proficiency in handling financial data and client interactions. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management Provide prompt and professional support to clients on account-related queries, onboarding processes, trading platforms, fund transfers, and operational requests. Ensure effective resolution of client concerns through coordination with internal departments including Operations, RMS, Compliance, and Back Office teams. Assist in client onboarding, KYC documentation, and account activation processes in line with regulatory requirements. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high service standards and relationship continuity. Support client retention initiatives through timely follow-ups and service coordination. MIS & Operational Reporting Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to client activity, brokerage performance, operational metrics, and business tracking. Generate accurate reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making. Maintain and update operational records, databases, and reporting systems with high accuracy. Support reconciliation and data validation activities to ensure operational integrity. Operations & Compliance Support Coordinate routine operational activities related to broking and client servicing functions. Ensure adherence to internal processes, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines. Support audit and compliance documentation requirements. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies for operational execution when required. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 0–1 year of experience in financial services, broking operations, MIS reporting, or client servicing. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of stock market operations, KYC norms, and broking processes will be preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
