About the Operations Executive Role We are seeking a proactiveOperations Executive to join our dynamic team in Oslo. In this keyposition, you will drive operational efficiency, supportcross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvementsacross the organisation. The role is vital to ensuring seamlessbusiness operations and delivering outstanding internal service.This is a full-time, onsite position located in the centre of Oslo,with the potential for some flexibility in working arrangements. ????️Key Responsibilities in Business Operations and Process ImprovementCoordinate and optimise daily business activities to ensure smoothoperations across departments. Collaborate with internal teams tostreamline workflows and enhance productivity. Monitor, analyse,and report on operational performance and key metrics. Initiate andimplement process improvement initiatives, ensuring best practicesand compliance. Support the delivery of operational projects ontime, in scope, and within budget. Assist with resource planningand support onboarding for new team members. Develop, document, andmaintain procedures for core operational processes. Identify andescalate potential risks or operational challenges proactively. ✅Essential Qualifications and Skills for Operations ExcellenceBachelor’s degree in business administration, operationsmanagement, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years ofexperience in an operations, administration, or projectcoordination role. Demonstrated ability to work effectively withina team and independently. Strong analytical skills with experienceusing data to improve processes. Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Norwegian (both written and verbal). Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with businessmanagement systems. High level of organisational skills, attentionto detail, and strong problem-solving ability.
