Product Manager – Digital Banking (Onboarding & Acquisition) Experience
- 5 to 8 years Location: Mumbai Department: Digital Banking We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to lead digital onboarding and acquisition journeys across retail banking products. The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer journeys, strong regulatory and technical understanding, and driving measurable improvements in funnel performance and customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Onboarding Ownership Lead design and enhancement of onboarding journeys for SA, Credit Cards, and cross-sell products. Ensure intuitive, low-friction, mobile & web-compatible experiences. Partner with design to deliver clear, user-friendly flows. 2. Funnel Optimization Own KPIs from lead → KYC → verification → activation. Analyse drop-offs and deploy targeted improvements. Run A/B tests, refine UX, and optimise content and decision logic to boost conversions. 3. Product Planning & Execution Build product plans, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies. Drive delivery, UAT cycles, defect management, and go‑live readiness. 4. Technology & Decisioning Collaborate with engineering on eligibility rules, fraud checks, and API design. Ensure robust, real-time decisioning within journeys. 5. Documentation & Governance Create BRDs, PRDs, use cases, SOPs, and test scenarios. Maintain audit-ready documentation and traceability. 6. Regulatory Compliance Interpret and implement RBI/KYC/InfoSec guidelines. Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit for approvals. 7. Stakeholder Management Align cross-functional teams across business, tech, ops, and compliance. Lead governance forums and ensure smooth execution.
