Role Description This is a full-time in office role for an Executive Assistant based in Mumbai. Reporting directly to the executive team, the Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, organize schedules, coordinate meetings, handle expense reports, and provide executive support. The role also entails maintaining effective communication between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operational workflow of the office. Qualifications Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance Competency in preparing, managing, and reconciling Expense Reports Experience in providing direct Executive Support Strong Communication skills with an ability to liaise effectively across various levels of an organization Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities Proficiency with office tools, including calendar management software and document preparation Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with a high level of discretion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field (preferred) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n9n6z
