About Position: We are seeking a Gen AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI and agentic AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. This role focuses on defining end-to-end AI architecture, enabling intelligent agent ecosystems, and driving scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption aligned with business transformation goals. Role : Gen AI Architect Location: Any Persistent Location Experience:8-12 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Define end-to-end architecture for GenAI-powered agent ecosystems using Azure OpenAI and the Microsoft Azure stack Design scalable multi-agent frameworks, including orchestration, planning, tool usage, and memory management Establish architecture patterns for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), semantic search, and knowledge grounding Architect integrations with FSM, CRM, ERP, and IoT platforms Define agent design principles (autonomous, assistive, copilots, workflow-driven agents) Select and standardize agent frameworks and tools (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, custom orchestrators) Design prompt engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops Drive AI solution standardization and creation of reusable accelerators Establish responsible AI guardrails including bias mitigation, explainability, and auditability Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements Design monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks for AI workloads Architect solutions for scalability, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency Define strategies for model selection, fine-tuning, embeddings, caching, and inference optimization Partner with business stakeholders to translate field service transformation goals into AI architecture Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, data scientists, and delivery teams Review designs and ensure adherence to architectural and engineering standards Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Engineering, or a related field 10-12 years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with 5 years in AI/ML systems Proven experience designing enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service Deep expertise in LLM architectures, including RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure AI Search, Functions, Kubernetes, API Management Experience integrating AI platforms with CRM, FSM, ERP, and IoT systems Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures Advantages: Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment: Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
