Job Description: Banking Operations Executive (Field) Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Banking Operations Executive (Field) to manage day-to-day banking activities and support administrative functions. The role involves extensive field work, including visiting banks for financial transactions, coordination with bank officials, and ensuring smooth banking operations for the organization. Key Responsibilities Banking & Field Operations (Primary Role – 90%) Visit banks regularly for operational work such as: Cash deposits and withdrawals Fund transfers and cheque processing Opening new bank accounts and completing KYC formalities Coordinate with bank officials for resolving issues related to transactions, documentation, and account management Ensure timely execution of all banking-related tasks Maintain proper records of all banking transactions and documents Handle confidential financial information responsibly Administrative Support (Secondary Role – 10%) Maintain records, files, and documentation related to banking and office work Assist in basic office administrative tasks when required Prepare simple reports and data entries in Excel Required Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of banking processes and documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations Positive communication and coordination skills Ability to handle cash and sensitive documents responsibly Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis for field work Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in banking-related field work or administrative roles Familiarity with KYC procedures and banking compliance Other Requirements Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) High level of integrity and trustworthiness Key Traits Responsible and dependable Detail-oriented Good interpersonal skills Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n9poj
