Role: IT Project Manager Location: Pune, Baner Experience Required: 5 Years Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (US Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects for our global clients. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams across time zones. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives including software development, cloud migration, and infrastructure upgrades Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports to clients and leadership Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices Work closely with US-based clients during shift hours for real-time updates and collaboration Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with international clients, preferably in US time zones PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n9srr
