About Position: We're looking for a highly skilled Databricks Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience to drive solution design, architecture, and technical leadership. This role combines hands-on solutioning expertise with proven team leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade data solutions. Role: Databricks Architect Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 12 to 14 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Solutioning & Design: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure solution designs on Databricks & AWS , aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor developers and tech leads, driving best practices in coding, design patterns, and architecture while overseeing end-to-end delivery quality and timelines. Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to align solutions with strategic priorities, communicate complex concepts clearly, and act as the bridge between business and technology teams. Expertise You'll Bring: 12 to 14 years of experience in data & analytics, with strong hands-on solution architecture and system design expertise. Deep expertise in Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows) and AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, IAM). Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and technical delivery management. Solid proficiency in PySpark, Python, and SQL for large-scale data engineering. Excellent communication skills with both leadership and engineering teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
