We are looking for a Growth Associate who can help expand our reach, build strategic relationships, and drive awareness of our mission.Role OverviewAs a Growth Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the foundation's growth efforts through partnerships, outreach, community engagement, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute programs that increase the foundation's visibility and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop partnerships with organizations, institutions, corporates, and community stakeholders.Conduct outreach to potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators.Support the planning and execution of foundation programs, events, and campaigns.Assist in developing growth strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and participation.Research potential funding, grant, and collaboration opportunities.Manage relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.Track and report key growth metrics, partnership outcomes, and program performance.Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and outreach materials.Represent the foundation at meetings, conferences, networking events, and community engagements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, community engagement, events, or a related role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with foundations, NGOs, social enterprises, educational institutions, or impact-driven organizations.Experience in partnership development, fundraising, sponsorships, or community-building initiatives.Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms.What You'll GainOpportunity to work directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives.Exposure to partnerships, strategy, community engagement, and program execution.A chance to contribute to meaningful social impact and long-term growth initiatives.A collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.Interested candidates can apply by sharing their resume along with a brief note on why they are interested in contributing to the foundation's mission.
