This role is critical in ensuring on time, accurate deliveries to key business partners, directly impacting revenue realization.This is a hands on role in a fast paced startup environment, requiring ownership, problem solving mindset, and the ability to work with ambiguity.Key Responsibilities:1. Logistics CoordinationWork closely with 3PL partners, transporters, and courier partners for B2B shipmentsPlan and execute primary & secondary transportationOptimize shipment planning for cost, speed, and efficiency2. On-Time Delivery (OTD) OwnershipTrack shipments proactively to ensure high On Time Delivery (OTD)Identify delays, escalate issues, and drive quick resolutionMaintain daily reports for dispatch vs delivery performance3. Stakeholder ManagementAct as the single point of contact between:i. Sales / Key Account Managersii. Logistics partnersEnsure clear communication on order status, delays, and exceptions4. Exception Handling & Problem SolvingHandle issues like:i. Delivery Delaysii. Damages/shortagesiii. POD IssuesDrive RCA and implement corrective actions5. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure accuracy of:i. Invoicesii. E-way Billsiii. Delivery ChallansMaintain proper documentation for audits and partner requirements6. Cost Monitoring & OptimizationTrack freight costs and identify leakagesWork on cost saving initiatives without impacting service levels7. Data & ReportingMaintain and analyse key metrics:i.
