This role requires solid laboratory skills, scientific rigor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis of small molecules.

Drive molecule design through SAR insights by integrating biology, ADME, DMPK, and computational approaches to accelerate hit-to-lead and lead optimization.

Perform purification techniques such as chromatography (Flash Chromatography and Preparative HPLC).

Conduct compound characterization using NMR, LC-MS, and other analytical techniques.

Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and proper documentation of experiments.

Troubleshoot reactions and optimize synthetic routes.

Collaborate with biology, DMPK, analytical, and cross-functional teams to support project goals.

Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, compliance, and quality standards.
