We build with precision.Position : Office Project Architect – Coordination LeadAbout the Role :We are seeking a highly capable Office Project Architect – Coordination Lead to anchor the seamless execution of our projects. This role is central to our studio—bridging design, technical detailing, consultants, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring clarity, consistency, and coordination across all stages of a project.Key Responsibilities :1) Lead coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines2) Oversee and align all drawing packages:3) Schematic Planning4) Detailed Drawings (MEP, working drawings)5) Interior Drawings & Render Outputs6) Facade / Exterior Development7) Review drawings for accuracy, conflicts, and buildability8) Interface with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and clients9) Ensure timely issuance of drawings with proper version control10) Translate design intent into clear, executable documentation11) Maintain workflow clarity within the studio and across sitesRequired Experience & Skills :- 7- 10 years of professional experience in architectural practice- Strong command over multi-disciplinary coordination- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings- Experience handling projects through design to execution stages- Working knowledge of : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, D5, Adobe Suite and MS Office- Solid communication and decision-making abilityRequired Qualities & Values :- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership- Calm, structured, and solution-driven- Able to manage complexity without losing clarity- Confident in dealing with clients and consultants- Committed to maintaining design integrity through executionLocation :Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Studio)Compensation :Aligned with experience and capability (benchmark: ₹6L – ₹ 9L per annum)ApplySend your CV and portfolio to:y candidates with relevant coordination and execution experience will be considered.
