Job Title: F&B; Training LeadLocation:Delhi/Bangalore (Extensive Travel Required)Team:Learning & DevelopmentAbout goSTOPSgoSTOPS is building India’s most loved youth travel hostel brand — combining design-led spaces, vibrant social experiences, and high-quality service standards across locations.As we scale rapidly, building astrong, consistent, and measurable training ecosystemis critical — especially across Food & Beverage operations.Role OverviewWe are looking for ahands-on, high-ownership F&B; Training Leadto design, implement, and continuously improve training programs across all goSTOPS properties.This role goes beyond classroom training — you will be responsible for:Buildingon-ground operational excellenceDrivingconsistency in F&B; service and qualityOwningtraining-led performance metrics across propertiesYou will work closely with a team of Field Trainers who execute training across locations.Key Responsibilities1. Training Strategy & Program DesignDesign structured training modules across:Kitchen operationsFood safety & hygieneService standardsSOP adherenceGuest experience in F&BBuild; standardized onboarding and refresher training programsEnsure alignment of training programs with business goals (cost, quality, guest satisfaction)2. On-Ground Training Execution & AuditsTravel extensively across properties to:Conduct trainings for F&B; teamsAudit implementation of SOPsIdentify gaps in executionEnsureconsistent F&B; experience across all locations3. Team Management – Field TrainersLead and manage a team of 5–6 Field TrainersConductTrain-the-Trainer (TTT)programsSet clear expectations, training calendars, and performance standardsEnsure high-quality and consistent delivery of training on-ground4. Performance & Metrics OwnershipOwn key F&B; training-linked metrics such as:Food quality consistencyHygiene audit scoresGuest feedback (F&B-related;)Cost control adherence (wastage, processes)Build dashboards and feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness5. Continuous ImprovementIdentify recurring operational issues and solve them through training interventionsCollaborate with Operations and Central Teams to refine SOPsBring in new ideas, tools, and best practices in F&B; trainingCandidate ProfileMust-HaveSubstantial experience in F&B; operations / training (hospitality preferred)Strong understanding of: Kitchen operations, Food safety & hygiene standards, Service design and guest experience, Experience in training frontline / blue-collar teams and willingness to travel extensively(this is non-negotiable)Good to HaveExperience in multi-location brands (QSRs, hotels, hostels, café chains)Prior experience managing trainers or leading L&D; initiativesExposure to SOP design and audit frameworksSkills & TraitsStrong on-ground presence and execution abilityHigh ownership and accountability mindsetAbility to simplify and train diverse workforce groupsData-driven approach to training effectivenessProblem-solving orientationWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical in ensuring that every guest, across every goSTOPS property, experiencesconsistent, high-quality food and service— making F&B; a robust differentiator for the brand.What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)Standardized F&B; training programs rolled out across all propertiesMeasurable improvement in guest feedback and hygiene scoresStrong Field Trainer team delivering consistently high-quality trainingVisible improvement in on-ground execution of F&B; SOPs Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n7xqo
