Role Overview Position: Sales Manager Location: Pathanamthitta, Kerala Industry: Construction / Building Materials / Real Estate Experience Required: 4+ Years Compensation: ₹6.60 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)

Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and capitalize on recent market opportunities, lead generation, and conversion to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with contractors, builders, architects, structural engineers, and individual home builders. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the Pathanamthitta region to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, present high-value proposals, and effectively close deals while ensuring healthy profit margins. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management. Brand Representation: Act as a credible and professional ambassador for the client's products/services in the local market.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of core sales experience, strictly within the Construction Industry (e.g., building materials, real estate, commercial projects, or allied infrastructure sectors). Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹660,000.00 per year
