- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Leadership and team-building skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
