Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for generating health insurance business through assigned bank branches, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets through lead conversion and branch coordination. Sales & Business Development Generate health insurance business from assigned bank branches. Achieve monthly sales and premium targets. Cross-sell health insurance products to bank customers. Generate leads through walk-in customers, references and branch database. Convert leads into policy sales through effective follow-up.
