Purchase Manager (Pathanamthitta)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in purchase, procurement, supply chain, or a related function
- Practical exposure to vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and supplier coordination
- Familiarity with procurement processes such as RFQ preparation, purchase order creation, and follow-up for timely delivery
- Experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction materials industry will be considered a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of inventory management concepts, stock monitoring, and basic MRP systems
- Experience using ERP software such as SAP, or similar platforms for purchase tracking and documentation
- Good understanding of pricing structures, cost control, and basic negotiation techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and site staff
- Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling basic data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced, project-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the procurement function
- Experience interior design or Construction firm is advantage Pay: ₹15,000.00
