Key Responsibilities Front Office Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain visitor register and issue entry passes
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
- Manage emails and courier communications Administrative Support
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Assist in data entry and basic documentation work
- Coordinate with different departments when required Office Coordination
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and parcels
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Support basic HR/admin tasks Customer Service
- Assist clients and visitors with proper guidance
- Maintain a polite and helpful attitude at all times
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Valuable communication skills (English & Malayalam)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
