Swimming Instructor/Coach (Pathankot)

TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports. We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive environment. We are seeking a swimming instructor, Male& female both who can teach swimming , focusing on water safety, technique, and building confidence, while ensuring a protected and fun environment for all participants. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver effective swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
- Demonstrate and teach proper swimming techniques and strokes.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their skills.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Maintain a safe pool environment by enforcing rules and procedures.
- Provide constant supervision to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Be prepared to provide first aid and CPR in case of emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents about progress and concerns.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Prepare and organize lesson plans.
- Maintain pool equipment and report any issues.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings.
- Follow all policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of water safety and first aid.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
