Greetings from Induspect India Pvt LtdHiring For Trenchless Engineering Services Pvt Ltd Inventory Head (Delhi) Position: Inventory Head Experience: 15–20+ Years Location: Delhi Budget: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month Industry: Open (Any industry with large-scale inventory operations) Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Inventory Head to oversee and manage the complete inventory operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MIS reporting, inventory management systems, stock accuracy, and process improvement. Excellent communication skills and strong expertise in Excel are essential.Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Oversee end-to-end inventory planning, control, and management. Ensure accurate stock levels across warehouses, stores, and distribution points. Monitor stock movement, shrinkage, aging inventory, and discrepancies. Lead periodic stock audits and cycle counts to maintain 100% accuracy.MIS&Reporting Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on stock, consumption, wastage, and replenishment. Analyze data to forecast demands and prevent stock-out or overstock situations. Create dashboards and automated reports using Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas. Systems&Process Management Manage inventory software/tools and ensure accurate data entries. Implement process improvements and SOPs for systematic inventory operations. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and operations teams. Team Leadership Supervise inventory staff, warehouse in-charges, and coordinators.Conduct training on inventory systems, safety practices&reporting. Qualifications&Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related fields. 15–20+ years of hands-on experience in inventory operations.
