Job Title STORE MANAGER

Role Requirements
· Oversee customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
· Oversee daily operations of sales team.
· Conduct in depth market research and analyse recent trends in the jewellery industry.
· Develop and execute sales strategies and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
· Suggest inventory aligned with customer requirements.
· Co-ordinating with staff sales training, customer handling and Jewellery handling operations.
· Co-ordinating between the management and fellow channel partners.
· Co-ordinating with Marketing team to develop and execute Sales and Marketing strategies.
· Handling the customer grievances and taking steps to overcome the same.

Skills
· Robust sales skills, including negotiation, upselling, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Experience in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
· Leadership, team management, and staff training capabilities.
· Industry based knowledge with a focus on trends and market dynamics
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in managing inventory and maintaining visual merchandising standards
· Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience Minimum 5 years of experience required in sales and Team Management. Work experience with brands in luxury segments. Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or certified courses.
