- Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Create appealing and eye -catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Identify key messages and set a clear image of the result<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Come up with, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Monitor costs and work within budget<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- <\/span> <\/span>Brief staff on arranging displays<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3> Requirements and skills:<\/span> <\/span> <\/u> <\/b> <\/span> <\/p>
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Proficiency in MS Office<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Creative and innovative thinkers<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>
- BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div> <\/span>
