Location: Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Fillip Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles and experience handling day-to-day financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling company accounts independently
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing
