5. **Respond to Queries**: Address any inquiries or concerns raised by the customers during calls to ensure a positive experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage well with customers. A pleasant phone manner is key, alongside the ability to listen actively.
