Looking for a Maintenance Manager / Estate Manager / Facility Manager who can handle both technical operations and vendor/staff management. Typical responsibilities: Daily maintenance of:
- Lifts
- DG sets
- STP/WTP
- Electrical systems
- Water pumps
- Fire systems
- Common area lighting
- Security coordination
- Housekeeping supervision Team management:
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- STP operators
- Housekeeping staff
- Security agency coordination Vendor management:
- AMC follow-up (lifts, DG, fire systems, etc.)
- Complaint escalation and resolution
- Material procurement
- Administration:
- Resident complaint handling
- Preventive maintenance schedules
- Monthly reports
