Job Vacancy – Front Desk Manager Hotel Buddha International, Patna Position Overview We are looking for a skilled, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to lead our reception operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in hotel front office management. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Lead and train front office staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams
- Manage room availability, bookings, and billing accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hotel policies
- Monitor online reviews and maintain positive guest satisfaction
- Prepare daily reports and maintain front office records Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in hotel front office or reception management
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (additional language is a plus)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of hotel management software / PMS preferred
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in Day and night shifts Salary & Benefits
