Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads Maintain candidate database and recruitment records Handle joining formalities and onboarding process Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining Achieve hiring targets within deadlines Required Skills Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment process Ability to work under pressure and meet targets MS Office and job portal handling knowledge Positive attitude and teamwork skills Qualification Graduate in any stream Experience 1-2 years preferred Salary As per company norms and interview performance Pay: ₹10,000.00
