Job Title: HR Manager Experience: Minimum 4 Years Qualification: MBA (HR/Relevant Field) :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination, PF/ESI compliance, and leave records
- Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth HR operations
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility upkeep
- Support HR policies implementation and compliance Key Skills:
- Robust communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI
