HR Manager (Sonepur)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Handle attendance, staff records, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee discipline and workplace policies
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling
- Coordinate with management for operational manpower planning
- Maintain HR compliance and administrative processes
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
